For over five years of my life, I was hampered by Lyme Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and most recently, . Each of these on their own was enough to knock me on my back and render me mostly useless, but the combination resulted in a perfect storm of , anxiety, and an inability to think clearly. Naturally this was something of a bummer!
Finally fed up with my condition, and determined to get back on track, I started looking for a system that could help address the mental ailments I was dealing with (/anxiety), as well as the day-to-day needs I had as a self-employed entrepreneur (productivity).
After reading countless books and peer-reviewed journals, I created the first version of what is now the Panda Planner. I began testing it and continually refined the system over time until arriving at the current iteration of Panda Planner. I've cut out everything you don't need and left only the most important elements that will give you the best results in the shortest amount of time.
My hope with Panda Planner is that it will give you the motivation, the inspiration, the system—or whatever it is that you need—to set aside your stress and challenges, start living a fulfilling life, and crush your goals! Also, helping others become happier and more productive makes me happier and more motivated, sooooo....everyone wins! *High Five!*
