Very nice planner and tracker.
This planner exceeded my expectations. It has different sections with 3 ribbon bookmarks attached to the binding. Each section has pages that are very organized with great page layouts. The planner has instructions in the front and they are easy to follow. I'm old school, and since my day isn't 12am to 12am, I need to be able to track my dinner after midnight with the "day" that makes sense to me, apps don't allow for this and this planner is easier with my schedule. I highly recommend this.

It has a nice fabric cover. The panda on the front is cute. I appreciate that it doesn't say "weight-loss planner" or "drop 20" on the cover, it's just the cute panda. The planner gives you some easy to remember uncomplicated guidelines to follow. It's got a monthly calendar, followed by weekly pages, then daily. Thoughtfully designed to help you drop excess weight. The quality is nice. There are matching ribbon bookmarks and a matching elastic.

I've always been one to start some fad diet and quit but this isn't a diet so I think I can finally stick to it! I'm not restricted on my foods so this feels great. I also like all the space to record what I eat so I can be sure to stay on track.
